Refund policy

At Bella Velour, we want you to love your tech aesthetic. Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you at the time of your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse" such as choosing the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@bellavelour.co within 14 days of delivery.

To resolve this quickly, please include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A photo showing the damage or the incorrect item.

Once we verify the issue, we will work with our production partners to send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost Packages If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier first. If the package is lost in transit, contact us at hello@bellavelour.co and we will investigate the shipping status.
